The Office Administrator provides services in the areas of executive support, reception, and office management. In addition to managing office services and building management needs, the OA provides administrative support to company executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and arranging for meetings and appointments. The OA is the first point of contact for visitors, clients and prospective employees. The OA provides exemplary customer service and is cheerful, positive and exhibits a can-do attitude in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
